2. Describe Microsoft Dataverse

Learn how to store and organise business information in connected tables so that apps, automated processes and AI tools can use consistent data.

3. Describe Power Platform governance and administration

Understand how organisations control access, protect information, monitor usage and manage solutions as they move from development into everyday use.

4. Identify basic Microsoft Power Apps capabilities

Explore different types of workplace apps and see how Copilot can help create them from plain-language instructions.

5. Identify Microsoft Power Automate components

Learn how automated workflows use triggers and actions to handle tasks such as approvals, emails, Teams messages and information updates.

6. Understand features of Copilot Studio agents

Explore how to create, publish and monitor AI assistants that answer questions, use company knowledge and carry out approved tasks.
